1. Data controller
The controller of your data is Jesus Donado, a natural person, from Colombia. Contact for any data request: [email protected].
2. What data we process
Account data (email, name and photo if your sign-in provider supplies them, user identifier); content you create (texts, scripts, audio, subtitles, images and videos); usage data (tokens spent, projects, activity logs); payment data (status and amount of the transaction; PayPal handles the card); and audit records of your acceptances and purchases.
3. Why and on what basis
To provide the service and manage your account and payments (performance of the contract); to keep things secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interest); to meet legal and accounting obligations; and to keep a record of your acceptance of these terms (your authorization). We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
4. Who we share it with
Only with the providers needed to operate: Google (Firebase authentication and Gemini generation), Microsoft (voices), OpenAI when that option is enabled, PayPal (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and network), Contabo (servers) and Pixabay (audiovisual asset search). Each one processes data under its own conditions.
5. International transfers
Several of those providers operate outside Colombia, for example in the United States and the European Union. By accepting the policy you authorize those transfers, which we make only to provide the service.
6. How long we keep it
Your account and content, while the account is active; when you delete it from your profile they are erased immediately. Payment and audit records are kept for 5 years for accounting and evidentiary obligations, without content and linked to your account only by an irreversible fingerprint. Backups, up to 90 days.
7. Your rights
You can know, update, rectify and delete your data, revoke your authorization, ask for proof of it and file complaints (article 8 of Law 1581 of 2012). We answer queries within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days. From your profile (Your data) you can download a copy and delete your account; for any other request write to [email protected]. If you are in the European Union, you can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.
8. Minors
The service is only for people over 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we detect a minor account, we delete it.
9. Security
We use encrypted connections, per-user access controls and verification of payment notifications. No system is infallible; if an incident affects you, we will tell you.
10. Cookies and storage
What we store in your browser is detailed in the cookie policy.
11. Authority and complaints
In Colombia, the data protection authority is the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC). You can go to it if we do not resolve your request.
12. Changes
If we change this policy in a relevant way, we will let you know and ask you to accept it again.
