1. Who provides the service
Creator Studio is provided by Jesus Donado, a natural person, based in Colombia. You can write to us at [email protected].
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. By accepting these terms you declare that you meet that requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. If we find that an account belongs to a minor, we may suspend it.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the activity of your account and for keeping your access secure. The information you give us must be truthful. An account is personal and may not be shared or resold.
4. Plans, tokens and payments
Generation features consume tokens. Tokens are obtained with a plan or the free trial, as shown in the plans section. Payments are processed by PayPal, in US dollars (USD); we do not store your card details. Each payment produces a receipt in your payment history; that receipt is not an electronic invoice.
5. Right of withdrawal
If you buy at a distance from Colombia, you have 5 business days to withdraw from the purchase, under article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011. That right does not apply to a service whose performance has already begun with your consent: before paying we ask you to confirm that you want the service to start immediately. 6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal content, to impersonate a person or mislead about the origin of content, to infringe third-party rights, or to attack, overload or bypass the limits of the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break this.
7. Content and ownership
You keep the rights to the texts and materials you upload. You authorize us to process them only to provide you with the service. Stock videos and images come from Pixabay and are governed by its license. Results generated with artificial intelligence may contain errors or resemble existing works, and we do not guarantee that they are protectable by copyright: review them before publishing and disclose, where appropriate, that they were generated with AI.
8. Third-party services
The service relies on external providers (voice, text, images, payments and hosting). Their availability and conditions are not under our control; we list them in the privacy policy.
9. Limits of liability
The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for how you use the results. None of this limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
10. Suspension and closure
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend it if you break these terms or if there are signs of fraud, and we will tell you when possible.
11. Changes
If we change these terms in a relevant way, we will ask you to accept them again before you keep using the service.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Colombian law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the mandatory protection of the law of your country of residence. Consumer complaints in Colombia may be filed with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio).
